3 Bottles of Tunica Muscadine wine from Feliciana Cellars
1 Bottle Paul Beau VS cognac
2 cups of sugar
8 sticks of cinnamon
1 whole nutmeg (crushed)
5 fresh bay leaves
Combine all ingredients, except cognac, in a pot and simmer for an hour. Reduce heat and add cognac. Strain. Keep warm and serve in tea cups.
