Allen Johnson, Jr., on the Orleans Parish Prison

According to an article from the August issue of New Orleans Magazine, Orleans Parish Prison has been called the "worst large city jail in the United States.” We asked the article's author Allen Johnson, Jr., if he thinks the city will see any positive progress at OPP by the city's tricentennial in 2018.
