Renovators’ Happy Hour goes to the Seventh Ward!

  Visit this charming c. 1842 two bay Creole Cottage at 1518 N. Roman Street.  The house was purchased by Roulhac Toledano, author of A Pattern Book of New Orleans Architecture at a sheriff’s sale, sight unseen.  Despite structural damage, termites, and a crumbling façade, Toledano and her daughter saw great potential and are in the process of renovating it.
