National Ceviche Day at RioMar

Time: Lunch and dinner service, beginning at 11:30 am until 10:00 pm

Event Description: In honor of National Ceviche Day on Friday, June 28, RioMar will offer a special ceviche menu featuring more than eight, unique recipes during lunch and dinner service.

Ceviche Menu:

  • Scallop & Plum-Influenced by Nikkei cuisine
  • Octopus & Sun-Dried Chiles-Seasoned with Aji Panca and smoked paprika
  • Calamar-Thinly sliced squid, roasted sweet chiles, cucumber and red jalapenos
  • Mushroom Artichoke-Mushrooms, artichokes, citrus
  • Mango Coconut- Drum, gulf shrimp, squid, mango, coconut milk, habanero, cilantro
  • Al Fuego- Gulf shrimp, fire roasted chiles, citrus and popcorn
  • Mixto- Gulf shrimp, squid, drum, octopus, Aji Amarillo, and jalapeno
  • Panamanian-Drum, habanero, lime, red onion
