Salu will be featuring a four-course, pre-fix Oktoberfest menu Tuesday, September 24- Sunday, October 6 featuring German-inspired beers and dishes. The meal can be purchased together for $40, or items will be served a la carte. All German-inspired dishes are prepared by our Executive Chef, Dustin Brien.
To kick-off Oktoberfest, Salú is hosting a German-Style Pig Roast on September 21! The Salú team will roast two pigs marinated in German beer, along with a citrus and sugar brine, garlic and rosemary. The pig will be served on a bun with red cabbage slaw and a coarse grain mustard sauce, and sold for $5. The restaurant will also be selling a selection of German beers at the bar.
