On May 5 until May 28, local artist and musician, Carl Joe Williams, will be showcasing his works at the M Francis Gallery. His works depict his views on life in New Orleans today and have a folk-like charm. His peices are composed of many color combinations and often his love of music is shown through his peices. His most popular peice, "A Moment of Silence" depicts a woman holding the lifeless body of her child.
