Gourmands can get an advance taste of the Louisiana Restaurant Association Greater New Orleans Chapter’s (LRA) annual culinary promotion – We Live to Eat (WLTE) Restaurant Week, September 8-14, 2014. Throughout August participating chefs from the area’s dining destinations will showcase items from their WLTE menus at exclusive cooking demonstrations to be held at Whole Foods Market.
On Friday, August 22nd Chef Eric Solar of Mizado Cocina will be featuring their Peruvian Style Salmon Ceviche.
