Christmas Morning Omelets

Ingredients
2 large eggs
dash of louisiana hotsauce
1TBSP water (kentwood water)
1/4 tsp. chef paul prudhomme magic seasoning salt
1TBSP butter ( i can't believe its not butter)
2 slices of deli ham
1/4 cup grated mild cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated monterey jack cheese
Directions
Eggs are beaten with aAadash of water,hot sauce,and Chef Paul'sAamagic seasoning. While omelet pan is heating up, add the butter and ham. When the butter is melted, add egg mixture and cheeses. After eggs are cooked on one side, flip the omelet in the pan to cook on the other side. ( practice makes perfect) Serve with toast.
