Mango Sorbet

Makes about 1 quart
Ingredients
4 cups Jumex mango nectar, 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons sugar, 3 tablespoons Key lime juice, 4 teaspoons golden rum, such as Mount Gay Rum
Directions
Combine all ingredients, and mix to dissolve sugar. Refrigerate until cold, and then process in ice cream maker according to manufacturer_s directions. Transfer to plastic container(s), and freeze until firm.
