On a medium high heat: Brown ground beef and pork, strain fat. Add the holy trinity (onions, celery, bell pepper) Sprinkle to taste Chef Paul's Magic Seasoning Salt (about 3-5 tablespoons) Season the mixture good as you will be adding rice. Cover & simmer till onion and celery become soft. Add parsley & stir. Add oysters (whole or cut up) with juice. Cover and simmer about 5 minutes. Add McCormick brown gravy packs (no less than 2) prepared as directed, pour in, stir mixture.Aa Let simmer till gravy thickens. Turn off fire. FOLD in cooked Basmati rice until desired color and consistency. (DO NOT STIR) Note: Don't over add rice, it will make the dish dry. Take off fire. Cover till ready to eat. Toss around to fluff up the rice. Option: Add a bit of your baked Turkey juice for added flavor.Aa
