Sun Ray Grill offers Continental cuisine with a Louisiana twist. Favorite cocktail items are their Crawfish bruschetta with mushrooms, fresh herbs, oven roasted tomatoes and Parmesan cheese or try the goat cheese fritters with tasso onion marmalade. They also have a staff of sushi chefs that create unique rolls. The blackened voodoo roll is stuffed with spicy crawfish and wrapped with blackened Hawaiian marlin. Our culinary staff also provides first class carving stations or great sit down dinner entrée’s such as crab stuffed baked salmon or pepper jelly glazed roasted duck.
Nestled in the Cottomill, Sun Ray Grill is the only retail space in the building dating back to the 1880’s. High ceilings and antique brick give you that old world feel in a lofty setting. This is the perfect place for seated diners for 150+ or cocktail style events for up to 300. A large parking lot across the street provides ample parking for any group.
A private courtyard room is also available, overlooking the pool and gardens for small private events or used as a retreat room for the wedding party. It offers separate bathroom and kitchen facilities.
