We are looking for ideas from your wedding!

Finding your “Something Borrowed” has never been easier!

As brides prepare for their wedding day, many follow the old adage that is said to bring good luck: Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue. New Orleans Bride wants to make personalizing your wedding simpler. Each issue we will be highlighting how New Orleans brides make their weddings special.

Submit a picture of how you personalized your wedding day (your hand painted second-line umbrella, hankies printed with you and your new husband’s initials, your grandmother's locket pinned on your dress) and a couple of sentences on why you chose to do so and how you made it happen.

We will archive these submissions on our Web site and chose a few every issue to be highlighted in New Orleans Bride.
