Aristotle had it right, most likely in a way he hadn’t imagined. Regarding the home, what is it if not a sum of its parts? This month’s TrendWatch theme is home and garden accessories. As a topic, this could have easily spanned well beyond even the vastness of Magazine Street. With such a broad theme, I was a bit concerned about finding a focus. Then it came to me that personality is what makes a home yours. Signature pieces found here and there added together form a summation of who you are — or at least offer some idea of your point of view. I wanted to highlight some odd selections that would be lively standouts. So turn up the music, spike the punch, and consider adding some of these whimsical pieces to your home or garden. We have some color from perch., shine from Villa Vici and textures from Le Designs.
