Penny Francis and Casi Francis St. Julian

Owners of Eclectic Home

Penny Francis and Casi Francis St. Julian share an unmistakable mother-daughter bond, and their seemingly genetic love for design and eye for detail is apparent in every design project they complete. For more than seventeen years, Penny Francis, Principal Designer, has earned the trust of hundreds of New Orleans area homeowners from her Eclectic Home showroom on Oak Street. And as Senior Designer, Casi works alongside her mother to offer complete design consulting services and a curated selection of décor, furnishings, and accessories from a variety of styles and manufacturers.

“We share an appreciation for architecture and history, but our décor isn’t limited to one period or style. We juxtapose styles in a way that provides for a collected and curated look,” says Casi. “Having a boutique showroom gives customers insight into our world and the possibilities available to them.”

As a team, they enjoy playing an integral part in achieving their clients’ ultimate goal—a beautiful, functional and timeless space.
