Le Chat Noir Cabaret Theater

Le Chat Noir, which opened in 1999 in a renovated 1930’s nightclub space, is an intimate 125-seat theater nestled in the arts district of downtown New Orleans. It is the premiere venue for cabaret-type performance, equally suited to the finest local performers and national cabaret stars. Enjoy cocktails in the Bar Noir. Ten original short plays set in contemporary New Orleans. Carl Walker directs this always fresh and surprising annual production from scripts by New Orleans writers. (In conjunction with the New Orleans Fringe Festival.)   Scrooge in Rouge | Dec. 5-28. The original musical comedy for the holidays returns by popular demand.
