Galatoire’s executive chef Brian Landry, Jesuit Class of 1994, served the “Celestial Cuisine” at Jesuit High School’s Celebration 2010, “Once in a Blue Moon.” Celebration 2010 was held in the Traditions Courtyard and Student Commons on March 13.
