This year marks many anniversaries for Hermann-Grima/Gallier Historic Houses: Hermann-Grima House celebrates 180 years; Gallier House celebrates 15 years as part of The Woman’s Exchange (which took over the operation of the Gallier House from Tulane University in 1996); The Woman’s Exchange celebrates 130 years; and both houses will be celebrating 40 years of museum service to the public.

Celebrate them at this year’s Amazing Grapes, Friday, May 13. Executive Director Mamie S. Gasperecz and co-chairs Courtney Murphy and Mary Funderburk, along with their committee, invite you to kick off the evening with a cocktail reception at the Hermann-Grima House with delectables from Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group and sparkling libations from The Delachaise. Then second-line to the Omni Royal Orleans, where your gourmet meal will feature wines from the Trinchero Family Estates, represented on our cover by Vice President of Trade Relations Barry Wiss, CSW; and Regional Manager Keith de la Gardelle, CSW.

Amazing Grapes is also known for its silent and live auctions, with Ruthie Winston once again wielding the gavel; bidders can expect exclusive getaways, fine wines and sparkling jewels.

Seating is limited, so reserve yours today by calling 274-0744 or emailing jenniferd@hggh.org.
