New Orleans Mission
The New Orleans Mission has been serving the community for over 31 years. Helping aid those struggling in addiction, mental illness, abuse and food insecurity. We offer a safe place of healing and restoration with programs and services designed to meet the mental, physical, and emotional needs of each person we serve.
Our long term recovery programs, located in Hammond and Lacombe, create a quiet place for restoration to continue outside the noise of the city. Through our vocational program we see people begin the healing process and watch them become the person they were created to be. We are one of the only free recovery centers in our city; giving rest and healing to the people in need.

Since 1980, MASNO has championed New Orleans as a vibrant center of the music world by supporting musical artists, hosting international talent, and providing music education and performance opportunities for students from across the globe. MASNO’s innovative programming and signature events include the New Orleans International Piano Competition, the New Orleans Piano Institute and Keyboard Festival, Festival PiaNOLA and Concerto Showcase, salon concerts, online concert streaming, and masterclasses and lecture performances at area schools.

IPNO frees innocent people sentenced to life in prison and those serving unjust sentences. We recognize the root causes of wrongful convictions and unjust sentences as systemic racism and inequities. We work to expose and address these root causes by sharing our clients’ stories in court, the legislature, the community and the media. NOAHH has provided innovative housing solutions for 38 years. NOAHH’s homebuyer program provides families and individuals the opportunity to own a home with a 0% interest mortgage. Partner families provide 350 hours of “sweat equity” and take homeownership and financial literacy classes. Other programs include affordable home repair and ReStores in New Orleans and Kenner that sell low-cost, donated housing materials. NOAHH is a leader in long-term rebuilding efforts after Hurricane Ida.
