NEW ORLEANS – Restaurant 34 announced it is welcoming Chef Ana Castro of Acamaya into the space for a special dinner on July 9.
The special evening, both restaurants share, will feature a four-course dinner that brings together the best of Mexican and Portuguese flavors. Chef Chris, a Portuguese-American from New York, and Chef Ana, who grew up in Mexico City with her grandmother’s cooking, will be collaborating on each course.
This is family-style, standard dinner service that includes a welcome cocktail – for $95 – with the addition to add on a wine pairing
