NEW ORLEANS (press release) – The Windsor Court announced a culinary event designed to captivate food and wine enthusiasts as five renowned 5-star chefs join forces to create an exceptional wine pairing dinner for 50 people in New Orleans. This exclusive culinary and wine experience promises an unforgettable evening filled with exquisite flavors, expertly crafted dishes and the finest wines, taking place at The Grill Room in New Orleans on Sept. 9 at 6:30 p.m., with proceeds from the evening supporting the Emeril Lagasse Foundation.
This unprecedented collaboration brings together a collective of culinary experts, each acclaimed for their unique culinary style and mastery of flavors. Guests will have the opportunity to experience firsthand as they join forces to deliver a multi-course feast showcasing gastronomic artistry and wine expertise. The evening at Windsor Court begins in Le Salon with canapés, champagne, caviar and martinis, followed by dinner and dessert in The Grill Room.

Elevating this extraordinary dining experience further, an expert Sommelier and Wine Maker, Michael Kennedy, will pair each course with exceptional wines sourced from renowned vineyards around the world. Proceeds from the dinner go to the Emeril Lagasse Foundation. The foundation is a public charity that seeks to inspire, mentor, and enable youth to reach their full potential through culinary, nutrition and arts education with a focus on life skills development. The foundation supports programs throughout the year such as the Community Grants program, Emeril’s Culinary Garden & Teaching Kitchen, and the Aaron Sanchez Impact Fund.
