Co-chairs Katy Casbarian and Mathilde Currence put together an evening of fine dining and fund-raising in the French Quarter at Arnaud’s Restaurant on March 15. Sponsors of the event—besides the restaurant host—included the Goldring Family Foundation, Otto Candies and Perfect Presentations. The elegant affair was a benefit for the Lighthouse for the Blind, which serves people in the region who are blind or visually impaired. The Lighthouse for the Blind provides job training, competitive employment and services, with a goal of promoting independence and self-reliance.
