NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Ace Hotel announces the release of gift cards for future stays with 100 percent of proceeds up to $100,000 going to the Ace Family Fund, directly supporting staff impacted by the temporary suspension of operations due to COVID-19. Upon reaching the goal, 25 percent of proceeds will continue to benefit the fund. In partnership with FutureKey, gift cards can be purchased for individual participating properties at acehotel.com/giftcard with a discount for up to 20 percent and with no expiration or blackout dates.

“While the future of travel will inevitably change, we have hope that people’s capacity for altruism and kindness will stay connected to their love for adventure and self-care. We’re happy to offer a way for future travelers to plan for brighter days while simultaneously supporting others.”

—Kelly Sawdon, Chief of Brand at Ace Hotel Group and Atelier Ace

Until hotels can safely resume operations, gift cards offer guests the opportunity to look forward to future travel and hotel stays while providing immediately beneficial support to the individuals who help make Ace a hub for community and friendship. Gift cards purchased through FutureKey can be put toward a reservation’s final bill at participating Ace Hotel cities on any upcoming stays, including incidentals, mini bar expenses, room service, on-site retail and at restaurants and bars. Gift cards can be used for a single stay or multiple stays to come. Participating properties include Ace Hotel New York, Ace Hotel Chicago, Ace Hotel & Swim Club in Palm Springs, Ace Hotel Downtown Los Angeles, Ace Hotel New Orleans, Ace Hotel Portland and Ace Hotel Seattle.
