Alligator Festival Returns Later this Month

LULING, La (press release) – The Annual Alligator Festival, presented by the Rotary Club of St. Charles Parish, is a tradition that organizers share celebrates Louisiana’s Cajun culture, rich heritage and unique wildlife environment. This four-day festival offers live alligator exhibits, musical entertainment, authentic Cajun cuisine, carnival rides and an arts and crafts village hosting nearly 100 vendors. Money raised directly supports graduating seniors from local high schools. To date, the festival has distributed over $1 million in scholarships, making the St. Charles Parish Rotary the largest private scholarship provider in the parish.
