Anna Tusa has never been one to shy away from a challenge. She prides herself on her work, having invested time in every role in her businesses from the ground up. Briquette and New Orleans Creole Cookery provide exemplary examples of the next-level concepts Tusa brings to bear. Thanks to her experience with the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program, she developed a plan that allowed her to open New Orleans Creole Cookery’s location in the French Quarter. She continued to grow her portfolio with the creation of Briquette, located in the Warehouse District, in 2017. Tusa has traveled across the U.S. and beyond; her trips have given her a deep understanding of food and a lasting network of partnerships. Most recently, she has launched a monthly dinner series at Briquette: August 15th will see the restaurant host a partnership Spirited Dinner featuring Bayou Rum.
