NEW ORLEANS (press release) – In its 105th year of serving authentic Creole cuisine, Arnaud’s Restaurant invites locals and visitors to indulge in their three-course COOLinary menu. From longstanding patrons to first-time guests, the menu offers something for everyone, including Arnaud’s classics and some off the menu delights.
This year’s COOLinary menu at Arnaud’s will include:

A duet of Louisiana Gulf Shrimp with White Remoulade and Arnaud’s Remoulade
CRAB AND CORN BISQUE BIBB LETTUCE WEDGE
Shaved Onion, Chaurice, Stilton Cheese, Herbed Champagne Vinaigrette

PAN SEARED SNAPPER
Gulf Shrimp, Sautéed Fennel, Baby Spinach, Chive Butter
PROSCIUTTO WRAPPED PORK TENDERLOIN
Wild Mushroom Risotto, Port Wine Demi-Glace
