NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Adding to its lineup of spirited summer celebrations, Arnaud’s will pay tribute to Divas through the Decades with a specially-themed drag brunch, Saturday, Sept. 2, with seatings at 10:15 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
Guests can enjoy a four-course, prix fixe menu, with a selection of cocktails. The spirited affair will be further accentuated with performances by some of New Orleans famed drag queens.
The special drag brunch menu will feature items created by Chef Tommy DiGiovanni and Pastry Chef Megan Sewell, including:
First Course (choice of)
SHRIMP ARNAUD
Gulf shrimp marinated in our famous tangy Creole Remoulade Sauce or
BUTTER LETTUCE SALAD
Avocado, heart of palm, radish, crispy shallots, and Dijon vinaigrette

Jumbo lump Louisiana crabmeat served with white remoulade and celeriac salad or
QUICHE FLORENTINE
Spinach, herbs, and gruyère cheese served with matchstick fries

Flourless chocolate cake, dark chocolate mousse, white chocolate mousse and raspberry purée
