Art- and antique-lovers flocked to the Louisiana State Museum’s Winter Art and Antique Show, presented by Louisiana Life and Antiques and Fine Art magazines, held at the historic Old U.S. Mint from December 3 through 5.
The exhibit featured the finest national and local art and antique dealers showcasing their most prized pieces.
The show held its patron party on Friday, December 3, featuring an exclusive show preview along with a five-course seated dinner presented by Antoine’s, Broussard’s, Galatoire’s, the Hotel Monteleone and Tujague’s, plus wines by Pontchartrain Vineyards.
Honorary co-chairs Sally Nungesser and Darryl Gissel welcomed patrons to marvel at the beautiful art, timeless antiques and fabulous entertainment provided by the Preservation Hall Jazz Band.
