NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Cafe NOMA will host another Artful Palate Cooking Demonstration on May 10. This demonstration is with Egyptian-born Chef Khaled Hegazzi of Sittoo’s Kitchen in NOLA and Retiba Hegazzi, currently enrolled at NOCHI (New Orleans Culinary & Hospitality Institute), to celebrate the “Queen Nefertari’s Egypt” exhibit.

Demo Dish: Mahshy (dolmas) – grape leaves stuffed with freekeh (grain) pilaf, served with labneh
