The Shakespeare Festival at Tulane University held its “Season Preview Party” for its 19th season on Saturday, April 21, at the home of Tulane University President and Mrs. Scott Cohen.

The event featured pianist Andrew deBuys and actors Brendan Bowen, Patrick Bowen, Dave Davis, Nysa Loudon and Martin Covert. Dukes featured were Mr. and Mrs. Herschel L. Abbott; Baptist Community Ministries; Bonnie and John Boyd; James and Marie Cahn; King, Krebs & Jurgens, PLLC; and The Edward F. and Louise B. Martin Family Fund. Court Patrons were Mark and Libby Adams.  

The Shakespeare Festival at Tulane is held each summer and provides educational outreach to local and regional schools. The New Orleans Shakespeare Festival at Tulane is committed to reimagining, rebuilding and engaging the Gulf South region through the works and words of William Shakespeare. By melding artistic and educational programs, the festival seeks to create a center of entertainment and learning that speaks both through the works of Shakespeare in one of the great cities of the United States.
