NEW ORLEANS (press release) – The Garden District Book Shop is thrilled to welcome Claudia Gray back to the shop May 16 to celebrate the release of her latest book, “The Late Mrs. Willoughby.” The suspenseful sequel to “The Murder of Mr. Wickham,” “The Late Mrs. Willoughby” sees Jonathan Darcy and Juliet Tilney reunited and with another mystery to solve: the dreadful poisoning of the scoundrel Willoughby’s new wife.
Claudia Gray is a New Orleans native and the author of multiple young adult novels, including “The Murder of Mr. Wickham,” the Evernight series, the Firebird trilogy, the Constellation trilogy. In addition, she’s written several Star Wars novels, such as “Lost Stars and Bloodline.“
The event will begin at 6:00 p.m. and Gray will sit down with Genevieve Essig, New Orleans local and author of the Cassie Gwynne series, to discuss her work and writing process, books and then a short Q&A. Afterwards, Gray will be available to chat with guests and personalize copies of “The Late Mrs. Willoughby.”
