.75 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
0.5 teaspoon Steen’s cane syrup
Shake in a cocktail shaker, strain over ice in a Collins glass and top with Prosecco.

0.5 ounce rosewater simple syrup
0.25 ounce St. Germaine
Shake with ice then strain into champagne flute, top with Prosecco. Garnish with expressed lemon peel.
