Founded in 2014 by Essence Banks after surviving heart disease herself, Heart N Hands empowers young girls in our community with the knowledge and awareness of heart health and heart disease prevention. Heart N Hands has empowered and motivated over 6,500 girls to take their heart into their own hands through exercise programs, food education and encouraging healthy lifestyle choices. Donating, volunteering or sponsoring programs helps to broaden Heart N Hands impact on the current and future health of our community.
