With a mission to provide “Arts for All,” Upturn Arts believes that fostering creARTivity and confidence in children shouldn’t come at a cost. Upturn offers all children in New Orleans the chance to UPstart their passion for art through afterschool, summer and holiday programming, regardless of financial restraints.
