Celebrating its thirteenth year in 2024, Son of a Saint is poised to continue its mission of transforming the lives of fatherless young men aged 10-21 throughout Greater New Orleans. Launched in 2011, under the direction of its Founder and CEO Bivian “Sonny” Lee III, the 501(c)(3) organization is dedicated to supporting young men through mentorship, emotional support, and life skills development. Son of a Saint is sustaining its momentum and intends to further expand its reach by supporting more than 300 young men through holistic services, scholarship support, and resource sharing through its Son of a Saint & Friends community program. The organization is also actively recruiting committed mentors, volunteers, and financial supporters. Son of a Saint offers a necessary intervention at a critical time, equipping boys with the tools they need to become proud men as they excel and strive for a life filled with purpose and promise.
