NEW ORLEANS – Ayu Bakehouse is bringing a spin to their menu for Pride month. The bakehouse’s Drag “Brunch” menu has officially launched with four new menu items. These items are available the entire month of June, Friday through Sunday. For each menu item sold, 10% will go to benefit the NOLA Price Center.

Frenchie Toasted
She’s sweet, she’s stuffed, and she came to serve. This overnight French toast is packed with luscious cream cheese filling and bursting with berries—because baby, basic brunch could never.
Ms. Mosa
She’s a citrus queen with a bubbly personality! Satsuma curd sits pretty in a golden crown, topped with champagne cream and fizzy little pearls. Light, bright, and always ready to pop off.
LaQuichea Lorraine
Classic, rich, and just a little bit salty. Layers of bacon and gruyère get the royal treatment with a crisp cheese fascinator perched on top. She’s serving brunch realness with a French twist.
Benedict Cumberbetch
Poached, posed, and ready for the runway. Canadian bacon and a soft-boiled egg snuggle into a silky hollandaise pillow. She’s indulgent, she’s iconic—and yes, she’s a ham.
