Guests can imbibe on Pinhook specialty cocktails, including a House Old Fashion, Paper Plane, Black Manhattan, and a Baller Vieux Carre – Pinhook Rye, Remy 1738 Cognac, Carpano Antica Vermouth, Bitters and Benedictine. Chef Compton will showcase a curated selection of dishes, also available a la carte, including Chicken Liver Mousse and Black Truffle, Italian Timpano, Roasted Duck with preserved orange jus, and Cornish Hen Cannelloniwith smoked onion.
