NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Neighborhood taco stand, Barracuda, which is just three blocks off the Uptown parade route, is offering fun to-go options during Mardi Gras.
This year, Barracuda will be offering 32 oz. take-out jugs of their signature margaritas, palomas, spiked horchata and more. Additionally, they are offering a special “Parade Pack” which feeds about 10 people for $115, and includes:
- 24 tacos (on Barracuda flour tortillas) + salsa
- Variety of achiote chicken, pork pibil, grilled mushroom, brisket -or- choose your favorites
- Chips + Dips, choose guacamole (+5) or queso
- Disposable plates & utensils are available
