NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Alliance Francaise de la Nouvelle-Orléans is once again organizing its Bastille Day Fête on July 14 from 6 p.m. to 12 a.m. in the backyard of the Alliance Française.
Programming will include games for children until 7 p.m., a costume contest, live music by Anais St John, followed by the New Orleans based band Pardon my French. Local “franco-favorites” Les ReBelles will be in attendance as well. The Consul General of France in Louisiana, Nathalie Beras, will be give a speech and toast to France during the event.

A “Bastille Day Bundle” can be purchased which includes one ticket to the Fête, a French beret with an original AFNO button, and a “Oui Speak French” yard sign designed by local French artist, Simon.
