Dear Guys,
Jennifer Aniston has one of the best bodies around. She’s slim, strong and toned. Almost everything you read about her says it’s due to her yoga routine. Can yoga really make her, and maybe me, look that good?

Ms. Aniston has one of the most admired bodies around, even amongst the fitness community – and don’t forget she’s more than 40 years old.
Yoga isn’t wholly responsible for Aniston’s body. There is only one thing that is, and that’s hard work (and maybe helpful genetics!).
Aniston is very open about the fact that she works extremely hard at looking as good as she does. She is also very open about the different fitness techniques she’s tried and she only started practicing yoga at the time of her divorce from Brad Pitt in 2005.
Aniston, however, has looked good ever since she popped on to our screens 10 years before that, in 1995, in the TV show “Friends.” Since then, she has used quite a few different exercise regimes to stay so fit.
Her secret, if it is one, is that she’s extremely disciplined with both her diet and her exercise. Having said that, there’s no doubt that Aniston has become a true yoga devotee, enjoying both the mental and physical benefits it offers. She also credits her yoga instructor Mandy Ingber in helping her achieve her strong, toned body.
Aniston is also committed to cardio exercise, even if she has to get up at 4 a.m. to go for a run! Her current fitness program consists of an 80-minute workout with her trainer about five times a week, in which she combines cardio, martial arts and yoga. It goes something like this:
5 minute warm up
20 minutes high intensity interval training on an elliptical trainer or a treadmill using the 1 + 2 alternate method: 1 minute, working as hard as you can, then 2 minutes working more moderately
On “high energy” days, add 15 minutes of running at 5 mph at 1.5 incline.
30 minutes of yoga
5 to 10 minutes abdominal exercises
5 minutes stretching
Aniston also realizes that the more she enjoys her exercise, the better the results; so she tries new workouts to find things that are fun as well as effective.
She also has the right approach to moments of weakness. She says when she overindulges one day, she works a bit harder the next. We may not have Aniston’s glamorous life but we can have her work ethic and, if we do, we might end up looking a little bit more like her.
