Chef Zimet’s Balanced Meals menu changes weekly and includes options such as chicken with roasted vegetable hummus and curry cauliflower, miso-glazed eggplant with soba noodles and tomato sauce, lemon pepper shrimp with ratatouille and rice grits, grilled pork loin with quinoa and roasted squash, and smoked tuna salad with market vegetables and pita chips.
Eat Fit items meet the nutrition guidelines of the Ochsner Eat Fit team, and are centered on lean proteins, vegetables, plant-based fats, and whole grains, with no white carbs, minimal added sugar and animal fats.
