NEW ORLEANS (press release) – The St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway is one of the largest single-event fundraisers for St. Jude nationwide. The Dream Home project has raised more than $460 million dollars since its inception. Every ticket sold benefits the children at St. Jude Children’s Hospital and supports their mission: “Finding cures. Saving Children.” This support means families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing, or food. This year, the program included more than 40 St. Jude Dream Home Giveaways and will continue to grow.
Those who participated in the fundraisers had the chance to win a cash prize, a house, or a car. But, most importantly is the ultimate reward, helping children with cancer.
On June 17, the St. Jude winners were announced. Prizes included a brand-new home in Lakeview, a 2021 INFINITI Q50, which the Ray Brandt Auto Group donated, and various cash rewards. Congratulations to Don Carter, the winner of the new INFINITI!
