Designer Kendra Scott has been busy developing her brand and pushing her jewelry design in new and exciting directions. Recently, LTEC reviewed the new Kendra Scott gemstone toned nail polish line. Thursday, we got a sneak preview of the new line of Kendra Scott bridal jewelry, which launched today.
Inspired by the earrings she designed for her own wedding day, Scott wanted to bring classic, special pieces to each step of a bride’s wedding.
“My wish for every bride is that you never miss a moment,” says the designer on her website. “May my Bridal Collection help you celebrate each and every one on your way to ever after.”
Each Kendra Scott store will now house a wedding specialist to help the bride, her maids and any family and friends looking for the perfect pieces. Brides can now browse the collection, while bridesmaids create masterpieces at the Color Bar. Loyal Kendra Scott customers will even notice that some of the pieces of the new collection are a couple K.S. favorites with extra bling and pavé bezel.
Scott hasn’t forgotten the grooms. The Bridal Collection features rose gold and ivory Mother-of-Pearl cufflinks, with other options available at the Color Bar.
A few of our favorite pieces include the Katrina Earrings, the pair inspired by Scott’s wedding day earrings; the Andrina Necklace; and the simple, yet classic and elegant Cale Earrings.
The collection is now up on KendraScott.com, or you can see the collection in person Oct. 1 when the New Orleans team invites everyone to celebrate the store’s one-year anniversary. Enjoy sips, sweets and bling starting at 10 a.m. and a limited number of customers who spend $75 (pre-tax) will receive a free pair of Mirror Rock Crystal Elle Earrings (while supplies last).
If that was not enough, Scott has also started a blog, “Facets.” The designer writes on her Instagram page that she “sees the world through the eyes of a jewelry designer. I chose the name ‘Facets’ for our blog because I wanted a place to tell the full story of my brand – every facet.” Enjoy the blog, which discusses topics including family, philanthropy and fashion here.
