Bridal Buzz: Ready-made gift bags and gifts for little wedding attendants

Gift giving comes with the territory of planning or being a part of a wedding, whether it’s the couple gifting their attendants or a guest gifting the happy newlyweds. With that in mind, we have a few new product announcements that are great gifting ideas for your attendants, both adult and the little ones.

National beauty company Bluemercury – located locally at 5601 Magazine St., Unit D – announced its annual September gift bag with a little twist. The company is celebrating its 20th anniversary and added a few special items into this year’s gift bag. A press release about this year’s bag stated, “the 20th anniversary offering is being hailed as the biggest and most exciting bag to date with 24 deluxe samples from brand favorites La Mer, Skinceuticals, NARS, and M-61 to new launches from R+Co, Chantecaille, Laura Mercier and more.” Items in this year’s gift include NARS velvet matte lip pencil, creme de la mer and R+Co BALLOON dry volume spray, to name a few.

It can be tricky to find just the right items to gift your bridesmaids, but a pack like this one full of beauty products could be just the thing to gift your maids when asking them to be a part of your special day, or the bridesmaids gift you chose to gift during the wedding.

For your mini attendants, Native Polished announce a new “Mini Krewe” line for the little kiddos in your life. Following suit with the other Native collections, each polish hosts a New Orleans-themed name and adorable hues filled with bright colors and, of course, sparkle. This line includes “Flambeaux Flip Flops,” a pretty aqua blue color; “Jazzy Jellies,” a glitter option that hosts pinks and purples; “Marching Boots,” a shimmery white reminiscent of the white boots worn by marching groups during Mardi Gras; and “Dancin’ Sneaks,” a bright and shimmery red, orange color.
