NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Bridge House/Grace House announced today the return of Sober Fest on Nov. 23 at The Sugar Mill from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sober Fest is a one day, alcohol-free music festival that began in 2022 and is returning for the third year running. This year’s music line-up includes Ivan Neville & Friends, Anders Osborne, Jason Ricci & The Bad Kind, and the Trombone Shorty Academy.
“We are so excited to bring Sober Fest back to New Orleans for the third year in a row,” said Kevin Gardere, CEO of Bridge House/Grace House. “In a city known for parties and music, we are thrilled that we have been able to provide an environment where you can still have fun without the need for alcohol.”
Sober Fest will offer a variety of food favorites from vendors and local food trucks. The festival is family-friendly and will include a kids area. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available with proceeds going directly to Bridge House/Grace House’s mission to provide treatment to men and women struggling with addiction.
“Since its establishment in 2022, Sober Fest has provided a safe space for those in recovery to enjoy the vibrancy of our beautiful city,” said Gardere. “Not only is it important that we continue to provide these safe spaces, but Sober Fest is also a great way to show New Orleans that you don’t have to fight alone. There are places out there like Bridge House/Grace House that will help you and give you the resources you need.”
Admission to Sober Fest is $10 in advance and $20 at the gate. Tickets can be purchased here. Children under 12 are free with a paid adult.
