What sets you apart from your competition?
Relationships. We genuinely value each and every client, and we take pride in guiding them through one of the most significant investments of their lives. It’s about more than building homes—it’s about building trust, longevity, and community.
What do you enjoy most about the job?
The people. From our long-standing relationships with subcontractors and suppliers—many of whom we’ve worked with for decades—to the wonderful clients who trust us with their vision, it’s the people who make this work meaningful. Their appreciation for our dedication and craftsmanship keeps us motivated every day.
Why did you become a builder?
I was drawn to the creative aspect of building—shaping not just beautiful structures, but homes that become the backdrop for life’s most important moments. Helping families create a space that reflects who they are is deeply rewarding.
What is the best feedback you’ve ever gotten from a client?
One client told us: “Thank you for exceeding our expectations by delivering a seamless, informative, and enjoyable process—especially when so many of our friends had stressful experiences elsewhere.” That kind of feedback means the world to us.
What is your greatest challenge or toughest project?
Construction is full of day-to-day challenges, but the toughest moment in my career came after Hurricane Katrina. Of our 32 active projects, 30 were devastated by the storm. Just days later, we were back in New Orleans, working alongside neighbors, clients, and crews to rebuild—not just structures, but a stronger, more resilient community.
Where do you find inspiration?
Our inspiration comes from our peers, the evolving industry, and especially our clients. They bring new ideas and fresh perspectives to the table, often surprising us with requests that lead to innovative and exciting results.
