Business Update: GW Fins [REOPENED]

NEW ORLEANS – Beginning this coming Tuesday, April 28th, GW Fins will resume their Curbside Pickup with an exciting new 3-course Fins Feast Menu and a NEW FEATURE – they will be offering a large selection of fresh seafood and GW Fins’ signature sides, sauces and desserts – all ready to take home to prepare restaurant quality dishes.  They are also selling GW Fins’ signature biscuit mix!

In fact, the majority of the fish they will be selling will be spear fished by local fishermen, making this the absolute freshest fish anyone can get, without catching it themselves!

Executive Chef Michael Nelson also made sure that both our Fins Feast Menu and our prepared items all feature a majority of local ingredients, in order to sustain our local farmers, purveyors and businesses during these challenging times.

GW Fins is now creating Pints of their super popular Salty Malty Ice Cream (on of French Quarter Festival’s most popular dishes!) and selling them at The Fresh Market on St. Charles Avenue.  The response the first day was so popular that we had to re-make and re-stock twice!  Availability is limited – so stock up today!
