NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Bywater American Bistro (BABs), the award-winning eatery from James Beard “Best Chef: South” Nina Compton and Chef/Partner Levi Raines, is kicking off the 2nd annual Summer Guest Bartender Series on Sunday, June 23. From 8 p.m. – 10 p.m., BABs Head Bartender Crystal Pavlas will welcome Ajax Kentish behind the bar for an evening of creative cocktails and conversation.

Currently, the talented bartender is Bar Manager of the latest LeBlanc + Smith venue, Longway Tavern in the French Quarter. Kentish will also serve up a secret Bartender’s Choice concoction, available upon request. Of course, guests can also enjoy Pavlas’ signature BABs cocktails.
