NEW ORLEANS (press release) – The holidays have arrived at The Pontchartrain and Jack Rose, the culinary crown of the historic boutique hotel. Complementing the festive décor and specialty menus, Jack Rose will welcome guests for holiday lunches on three Fridays throughout December (Dec. 8, 15, 22). With reservations available from 11 a.m.-2 p.m., guests will enjoy brunch classics and festive cocktails along with caroling on Dec. 8 and a visit from Mr. & Mrs. Clause on Dec. 22.
Jack Rose will additionally offer a specialty four-course prix-fixe menu on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Menu highlights include Wild Mushroom Strata, Veal Braciole, Winter Pumpkin Bisque, Beet and Citrus Salad and entrée offerings such as Flounder En Papillote, Filet Mignon and Zucca with Roasted Squash.
