The rare Champagne from Piper Heidsieck was originally made for Marie Antoinette to be a once in a lifetime experience. The vintage 2013 is only the 13th time the champagne has been created. It is rich with many citrus flavors yet playful and fun, and matches perfectly with the restaurant’s various caviars.
MaMou’s Kaluga Caviar is a delicate buttery caviar with slight sweet tastes of the sea. A beautiful flavor profile of a classic ossetra.
