NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Reservations for MaMou’s New Year’s Dinner are now available on Resy.com with seatings at 5, 7 and 9 p.m.
Chef Tom Branighan will be offering a five-course pre-fixe menu for $170 per guest that includes both a champagne aperitif and canape to begin the meal. Course highlights include menu staples like the Celeriac Remoulade and Poisson a la Florentine as well as specials like Baked Alaska to complete the celebration and ring in 2024!
Two wine pairing options will be offered from Sommelier Molly Wismeier – a Premier Wine Pairing and a Grand Cru Wine Pairing for $75 and $150 respectively.
